First of all thanks to all the customers who have signed up for memberships.
Thanks for letting me amd Messmaster know that not all my films were showing as available.
I'm glad we managed to keep everyone happy by sending download links/store codes etc and thanks everyone for not moaning on here and contacting us directly.
Now it's sorted I thought it would be quite good to explain the fix and also if other producers/customers see this we can get everybody's store working properly.
The problem was a simple one in theory,lots of my films were loaded onto my store as
.wmv files and they needed to be Mp4's to stream so yet again I'm grateful to Messmaster for coming up with some clever computer wizard magic stuff I don't understand to change them over so now our base package has gone up by 7 times the content and the middle and top tiers have tripled content.
It is probably worth everyone having at least one month of the Hot Pass membershp at $35 so you can at least have a look at what is in my store.
