From what I've found, there were 3 messy games in Love Island Czechia & Slovakia 2023 (season 3).
1) The famous Kiss, Marry, Pie game was in episode 14. This season it wasn't particularly good and there was no pie fight at the end Only 3 men and 3 women got pied. From men those were Adam Sedro (2x), Claude Lhotecky (4x), Honza Mrkous; and from women: Rachel Karnizova (4x), Paulina Bosko (not shown properly), Venis Dao (only on the top of her head). Essentially, only Rachel got pied properly.
2) In the next episode (ep. 15), the islander were divided by gender and the 2 groups then separately had a wrestling competition in a pool of blue slime. Needless to say, everyone got messy to some extent.
3) In episode 33, there was some kind of baking challenge, at the end of which the guys had to squirt custard on the women, who were holding trays of eclairs (a French pastry). There were supposed to squirt it on the pastries, but you know how those things end up
This Albania once might be one of the best they've ever filmed (the power of no shite editing). The first accidental double pieing on the lasses is properly funny. Best they've done since season 2 of the US version
