Wooly282, this is a continuous loop - to play you have to do 1 of 3 things. Player 1 - in current open case here Messy_Man100 sets a dare and puts themselves up to do it. Player 2 - currently Cuddles, expresses interest to also do dare saying "I m in" Player 3 - (which this case doesn't have yet) chooses Messy_Man or Cuddles to complete Messy_Man's dare and sets a new dare which they are also up for doing
I chip in from time to time if things have stalled or if a dare crops up in my interest..join in at any point (hope that helps)

Pretty much any, but remember that if its too mad maybe slower to get response..have seen everything from crossdress, wetlook, pies, slime/gunge of all sorts. Check https://umd.net/forums/loser-has-to-mk4 for an idea
Loser must cover themselves in a substance beginning with every letter in their username as chosen by the winner in an outfit of the winner's choosing.
(e.g if username was abc then winner could choose a substance beginning with A, a substance beginning with B and a substance beginning with C).
Next: loser has to wear some form of spandex (leggings, wresting singlet, morph suit, football pants, etc) and take at least 2 pies to the face, sit on 1 pie and then dump slime over your head. Be sure to fill the spandex with something(could be more slime, custard, baked bean, etc)
Messy man loses, Next dare in a women's swimsuit pop 4 custard filled balloons in the front and 1 in the back and leakeges and u have to stay messy for minimum 10 mins
Looks like no one is going for your dare ResMes. You lose your dare. New dare: a pie to the face and a pie to the assignment. Type of pie determined by winner.
