Hey, so, I'm curious if anyone here knows of any good mud spots in wisconsion, especially near Milwaukee. The quicksandfans mudmap unfortunatelly isn't much of a help. Several quarries nearby have been marked as potential exploration spots but there's no indication if any of them are viable. And the nearest river mud location is dated 2022, so no idea if it's still okay.
Damn that's real helpful. I'm pretty new to this area and have heard they're pretty harsh on trespassers, so I was just curious if any locals wammers had any advice.

Tio be fair, when looking for mud locations there really is nothing beats actually getting out and exploring. Put a waterproof seat cover in the car, take a few changes of outfit, use maps to work out the best places to look, and then just go and explore and see what there is. Sometimes the most promising places on a map are total duds, whereas stuff that doesn't look promising turns out to have hidden good spots.

Also very good advice, esp combined with going exploring.
My experience is UK-based where trespassing is a civil offense only unless the trespasser refuses to leave (so no risk of cops being called, they only deal with criminal stuff), and most people don't have guns, but the basics should be similar.
