Does anyone happen to know where I can find the origin of this photo? I've never seen any dive picture like this one and I can't find anything related to it. I've searched everywhere and can't find where it came from or any other pure headfirst dive like this, could anyone help? Thanks

Nina Jay. She has a Flickr site where that image appears So go to Flickr and type her name in a people search, then go to her "Splosh" album.

Is there any way to still buy any of Nina's mud videos? I see her website is down, but it looks like there's an email.

I've actually gotten in touch with her through Flickr. You'll have the best luck there. EDIT: technically got in touch through OF but she redirected me to Flickr regarding the scenes in question.
