Doing some road tripping up through the US northeast late this summer, and a playmate and I are looking for a decent store that sells bulk clay in the area, specifically something in the 50lb range, along the lines of EPK Kaolin or similar. Our range of travel will start as far south as the Mass. border around Lowell, and we're thinking we might roam as far north as Bangor, ME for shits and giggles, so anyplace in between (i.e. NH) would be well within range as well. A lot of the places we found are only into selling touristy wares or little stuff, but ideally, we're looking for a bulk supply outfit, cash on the barrel & out the door arrangement - none of this "we need to advance order" stuff so many places are doing now, b/c our plans are a little too fluid (pun intended) for that.
So...anyone wanna help a couple of perverted mud freaks out with some guidance? Bonus credit if the store gives a discount for Triple-A...
