That is just an abbreviation for As Far As I Know (AFAIK). From what I believe I have heard, the rights to Bill Shipton's (professional name/work alias) work would have gone to his parents when he died, who did not approve of this stuff, so it is no longer available to purchase. The only way I know that you can legally/ethically acquire a copy of his work now would to be finding someone selling an original copy of a magazine, DVD or VHS tape. A digital copy of anything would be copyright infringement/theft.
This is actually from Gilly Silly House, a long defunct site. Sorry man but that's probably all you'll see of it. I don't think Gilly is contactable anymore?
