This video wasn't produced by Lenny but rather Pheobe Rodriguez, as people have already pointed out. (Technically, it was Pheobe's then-boyfriend who was actually making the videos and who actually cared about WAM, but that's a whole different rabbit hole...)
Something I've learned from SlapstickStuff Rich is that back in the 1990s and into the 2000s, Lenny self-funded a ridiculous amount of customs from various producers, which all had the same motif of a girl smoking from a vintage cigarette holder and then getting pied.
So, if you ever run into a 20+ year old WAM video and it features a girl smoking and then getting pied, chances are, it was probably funded and/or created by Lenny.
