There's one peat bog I can get to if I spend half a day hiking to it. Peat is better than no mud but I usually go out of my way to find what mud is within a few miles of the area because it just isn't the same
I thought about seeking out more mud on Oahu (Kawai Nui Marsh looks promising), but once I heard about how bad leptospirosis can hit you? Fuuuuck that.
