I'm always trying to create realism in my photos, so instead of using a 12-inch silicone model, I shot this series with a five-foot-eight one.
The model was wearing a cut-off T-shirt, panties, and mini-denim shorts. It began with a nice pie in the face, which provided a lot of splatters. Next, white cake batter was poured onto her, followed by melted ice-cream. After her top and shorts were removed, I poured on a liberal layer of golden syrup. Clean-up is going to be a nightmare!
I also did an experiment by shooting some video. Moving the camera while messing resulted in some fairly realistic scenes, but the main element that was missing is the lack of any reactions. So shooting videos is out of the question for the future. Who doesn't budge when hit with a pie in the face, or having cold ice cream poured on them? Without reactions such as gasping, twitching, recoiling, etc. it's just not worth shooting video.
I would need to edit a video from the short clips I shot, then I would need a place to upload it. I'm certainly not uploading it with my business YouTube videos. I finally got the model cleaned up and moved. They weigh about 90 pounds. If there are other suggestions for video hosting, I'm all ears and would do up a short video. It will be short as I didn't shoot much.
