A general question if you left a job badly do you think a person should still be allowed to publicize how horrible their company was they were with on social media.
That sentence ... if you can call it a sentence, was difficult to parse. I assume you're asking if it's okay to criticize your previous employer on social media.
As long as you are no longer employed and you're not telling lies or giving away trade secrets, I suppose it is free speech. However, if you hope to get hired by another employer, you had better hope they don't see it. It just looks like petty revenge to a 3rd party, and that won't look good on your resume'.
Having said that, you may have every right to complain loudly. I don't know the situation. You should ask yourself, though, do the potential benefits outweigh the risks?
One good way to decide is just to wait a couple of weeks and see if you still feel the need to express your criticism on social media. Anything you write after a cooling down period will probably be less emotional, so it won't come across as whiny ... hopefully.
This actually doesnt have anything to do with me really. Something else which came up thought i ask generally.. What happend was online program I watch naked news and one of former anchors been making some negative comments on her twitter now and then about how bad and miserable they are. she left in november 2016. I asked this to try get idea if something she really should be doing.
Ha ha! I've never seen "Naked News", but I'm guessing the show gets ratings by exploiting it's anchors, rather than delivering news. I wouldn't think anyone should be surprised to find out the people who run it aren't great employers.

With regards to people in the media claiming to be exploited ala Naked News anchors, one has to take that with a grain of salt, because these days people will do anything to try and get their 15 mins of fame, and once they got the fame and riches they wanted many of them claim exploitation. Case in point being Sharon Stone, who was a minor unknown actress on tv series and B movies for 12 years....before she gained her fame and fortune in 1992 by opening her legs and going commando in the movie "Basic Instinct". She then became an A list movie star and multi millionaire and got all the parts she wanted in A list films....then she later claims she hated doing that scene in Basic Instinct and claims she was exploited. But that scene catapulted her career and made her fortune. It's no different with the current Stormy Daniels saga....she was an aging washed up porn star, and then she claims to be abused and exploited and now she he making a tour of all the gentleman's clubs making up to $200,000 per appearance. Same could be said for Paris Hilton....she would never have become famous had she not made a sex tape and leaked it to the press.
I get all my news from Naked News....it's more honest than CNN....ha ha
