The early summer of 2017 was brilliant for mud shoots, here's Honeysuckle, in an outfit she chose herself from recent additions to our gunge clothing collection: She's wearing 100% genuine real leather shorts, made of a beautifully soft leather and possibly originally cut down from full length trousers - I found them in a charity shop in Bristol - teamed with a Goth-style black mesh crop-top, worn over a black bra, with see-through boots and a pair of wrap-round shades.
The outfit looked spectacular clean, and even better when she drenched herself in mud!
She took the boots off half way through and did the second half of the scene barefoot.
The full scene is currently being released to the Members Lounge on http://langstonedale.com, photos are already live, full-hd video to follow shortly!

The shorts did indeed survive the mud, we washed them out thoroughly in the washing machine several times on cold wash with just water (no detergent as I assume that'd be bad for leather), and they've come out completely clean but somewhat stiffer than they used to be - originally they were a wonderfully soft, supple leather.
But they are still wearable and we plan to use them again, probably with gunge first, and assuming they survive that, finally with custard and cream. That will probably be the end of them but if it does wash out then they might go in the mud again next year, depending on how well the scene sells, which will be judged on a mix of how many people sign up to Langstonedale in the next few months plus how well it does when it hits the Download Store next February.
Here's an extra shot to show how they looked from the back while still all nice and clean, Honeysuckle really did look awesome in them.
leathrerip said: maybe with the custard you can just end them with some nice ripping
We usually try and make things last, when we started we assumed the clothes would get trashed and have to be replaced but instead found that other than pure white things, clothes tend to wash out fine, it's shoes and boots that don't survive, we've even accidentally killed wellies in scenes before now. Having said that we have done rainwear cutting customs a couple of times, so leather cutting customs (there's no way they'd rip, would need to be cut) would also be a possibility. Or perhaps a sponsored scene, which is cheaper than a full custom?
Honeysuckle chose the outfit herself from some newly acquired items, and i really did suit her perfectly, both when all nice and clean and as she carefully covered it and herself in mud! She took particular delight in muddying the shorts, after she'd sat down and covered her bottom, she then knelt up, turned to face the camera, and lowered her front into the mud several times so we could watch the pristene leather going down into the mud and getting pressed down and wiggled, to ensure total coverage. Fans of muddy real leather are going to totally love this one!
