You'll find quite a lot of MostWAM videos where girls sit with their legs crossed, it seems to be something many of their models do by default, in both skirts and trousers. Not something I'm a fan of - our people are always told to sit flat so we can see their lap and legs getting messy - but definitely worth checking the Moomin sites out if you like cross-legged sitting.

We are taught to sit like this from a young age because skirts and flashing the crotch as you sit is not ladylike Its just generally comfortable as well and it makes it easier to have good posture and sit up. I get for the guys it's probably not because you have stuff between your legs but we don't.
