She was one of the best-- she just got it (at least from the perspective of what I like in WAM). Like a lot of the Splosh models, Julie had a great sense of being the put-upon slapstick stooge. It just came through in her "acting." Wish there were some models out there today who had Julie's nice mix of sexy and silly -- basically, who were capable of being a great slapstick actress.

Ahhh, I miss Julie's work so much. Her humor, mess, outfits and style were just so perfect! Julie and Phoebe were the first WAMmers I came across, and they're still among my favorites today; Julie may arguably be my favorite. I just wish that her videos were still available for purchase - I bought every available title from Splosh before they closed down, but not all of her stuff was made downloadable from their store, and there are older videos still that I've never seen at all outside of screencaps.
Tracking those down would be akin to finding the Holy Grail in my book. Julie, are you reading this, by any chance?? I wager myself and a few others here are still interested in your work, even after all these years~

Hope I'm thought of as fondly as Juilie. She is one of the greats.
It is largely nostalgia. Looking objectively, this is probably the golden age of WaM (and ten years from now will be the golden age, etc.). As technology increases and as we get more producers and amateurs involved the choices for WaM that satisfies just grows. For old guys like myself, we fondly remember those early days of WaM on the internet when models like Julie were releasing stuff we thought we would never have easy access to. It is like your Dad listening to oldies music -- the WaM of our youth. That said, I stick by my statement that Julie was unique and a great WaM actress and she does not seem to have many people who have followed in her footsteps. In short, your stuff is pretty great too!
Thanks for that peterjones22! Julie sure was/is one of the greats! But good on Meathook and Wamerica for carrying on the proud tradition . There still seems to be a clip available from when she worked with another British fetishist called Miss Jones, filmed in about 2009. The Splosh Download Store, ( RIP ), sold it as a 25 minute clip, but this one appears longer at 51mins, because I think it was originally produced for her site. Anyhoo, the site still appears active, (the latest release 1st Feb of this month, although sadly it appears the one with Julie was Miss Jones' only foray into slapstick :miserable. The two ladies are bedecked in the classic Clown Julie frilly French maid outfits and get a bit naughtier than the girls at Wamerica, (please; topless scenes at LEAST, one day dear Lord ). While it is quite expensive by some standards, ($42 US), it is a piece of slopstick history; no one did huge shaving cream pies, boobs, bums, and pantomime gunge, like Her Royal Pieness, The Clown Princess, Julie The clip is available here; http://www.missjones2000.com/index.php?setID=V05 and there's a youtube preview clip here; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B4IhRsQvaRU Enjoy !

There are... Sometimes. I've worked with a handful myself. I can tell you through hard numbers that the WAM community as a whole doesn't value this quality as much as you or I.

Over 2000 page views shows there's still lots of interest in Clown Julie and her classic panto style slapstick!
As am I!! Very happy to see she's around and well. I think there will always be interest in Julie's work, even though it may be a niche within a niche. I for one am interested in anything she may be in, from the past or, just maybe, the future.
