Going by an occasional Google hit, I get the sense that Springer is still doing messy wrestling segments on a regular basis, and we're completely missing them here. And the clips almost never turn up on the internet. Anybody have any ideas on how to get our hands on these? If anybody has a cousin who works in the Springer tape archives, please raise your hand.
one of my holy grails is a Springer clip where the angry waitress dumps a whole plate of spaghetti on the customer (her romantic rival). I think I saw it on TV once, always lingered in my brain.
I wrote the post that's referenced at the beginning of this thread, but I don't even remember this clip. I would've said that by 2014 I was pretty thorough about downloading YT clips as soon as they surfaced, but I can't find this one.
There are definitely known messy scenes from Springer in the last 5-10 years that have never surfaced online, and others that have been online and since vanished. And probably more that we didn't know about to begin with. I don't even think Wamtec has captured these. It's a major gap in our collective wam library. As I wrote two years ago, does anyone have a cousin who works in the Springer tape vault?
