Yes, I remember it from the list of Hurley clip tapes, and I saw a tiny pic of Jenny pied a long time ago somewhere. But never see this, and it's a nice clip indeed. Jenny was super cute at the time. Great work finding it!
There is another episode from that show where Jenny is a superhero in a bathroom and blows pink "snot" slime all over a lady. It's like the old school stuff that is a blob, not runny at all.
Jenny McCarthy was someone who SHOULD have been pied more than she should. As best I can remember, this was the only time she got remotely messy on her show, or really anywhere else. (MTV's Singled Out *did* have a handful of messy moments over the years, but just for the female contestants. I don't think those are online anywhere?....)

She tried to pass herself off as a modern Lucille Ball; better looks but minus any comedic talent and the numerous times Lucy got messy (including numerous pies).
THAT'S what it was.... She was promoting her show as a modern Lucille Ball thing. And then, of course, the comedy was lame and the pies were non-existent.
