AKBingo ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AKBingo! ) was a Japanese variety show starring members of the Jpop group AKB48 and its affiliates. There were 560 episodes. You can find these episodes streaming online but you would have to go one-by-one to find where that particular scene came from.
A previous poster gave a good way to find stuff like this but then deleted their comment, but it's a technique I've used successfully to search for various things before now.
1. Go to translate.google.com, set From languate to English and target to Japanese. 2. Type say "female tug of war mud" into the English box. Japanese characters will appear in the destination box. 3. Copy and paste the Japanese into YouTube's search bar.
Once you find something you like, you can click the "swap" arrows in Google Translate so the From is Japanese and target is English. Then copy and paste the Japanese descriptions from YouTube in and it'll translate it back to English - this is a good way to make sure you've not found junior high school stuff (which would be underage) for example.
