I have a little problem and am looking for advices
It had been a long time (2+ months) I had a video in my UMD basket and that I finally decided to buy two days ago.
The thing is all I got was a 1 minute trailer. Of course, I decided to check again the video in question in the producer's catalog and though it still appears in it, the page now indicates a 0 value in the File and Total size sections, like if the video had suddenly vanished.
I naturally tried to contact the producer, here on UMD and on Insta but didn't get any answer yet (the producer isn't very active).
So I guess it would be best if I forget about this scene and ask for a refund. But in that case, is there a particular admin I should contact for this?
And sorry if my question sounds a bit nooby.

Anything like that, contact MM to investigate. Might just be a file issue that can be easily resolved.
Note on the "Home" menu there's a "Contact Us" link which goes to a form which includes a "Purchases and Streaming" option, that's the best way to raise issues with purchases.
