I remerber a video of tellygunge on dailymotion where an blond Italian girl gets pied by a other brunette girl. The first pie she misses and te second one is right in her face.
Classic scene, show was Sette per uno in either 2000 or 2001. Cristina was one of the hosts or spokesmodels, and got called in by the main host Ela to be a contestant.
But only frustrating thing is we know this show was later rerun in HD. In this episode (2 guys pied but Ela slips in the cream twice) the Rai 1 HD bumper is there:
But no one captured the HD version of the Cristina episode and posted it, and I couldnt find it available for streaming. If anyone knows more about Italian streaming or on demand TV, and could find the Cristina scene in HD you would be a hero!
Also the one with the blond woman in white body suit pied that piejte asked is from the show Uman - take control in 2011. Wikipedia writes it was cancelled after 2 episodes in may 2011. Probably no chance of that one being repeated or showing up in a HD version.

There's definitely some clips of the Italian Distraction in the wamtec archives, MESS005 and MK437 have clips.
