To download from the website still requires Verotel, which doesn't open at all for me, but it's okay

Verotel has also been giving me issues for the last 6 months or so, every card I own is rejected by them.

Weirdly virual cards work just fine though, so yay for monzo plus

Izzy is incredible, always one of my favourites. Your content is always amazing and the quality of the productions of the scenes are top notch. If i have a small complaint, could you improve the quality of the streams or the downloads? Surely in this day and age you must shoot them in at least 1080p at a minimum? I'm always slightly disappointed when I compare to some of the other big producers who have really brightly lit and clear images/videos in lovely HD. I think it could really elevate your videos to the next level. Maybe slightly brighter would be good too. I love to see the models clothing and the poor lighting can sometimes take away from that, especially indoors.
