Not to beat a dead horse with my personal interests, but if you search "maxi dress" you only get 25 results and I'm assuming there's a lot more than only like 25 scenes featuring someone in a maxi dress. Or with evening gowns, which I'm pretty sure are significantly popular but you only get 45 results when you search it on the download page.
Yeah, if the producer doesn't know that a full length dress is also called a "maxi" they won't label it that way. I'm guessing you already searched for "full length dress" and "long dresses"? Unfortunately, key words are not universal, so it's really hard to find everything you're looking for that way. Sometimes you will have to just browse individual stores, or just make a post here asking producers if they have any videos featuring that specific kind of dress. I only have a short video of me in a gown taking one pie to the face for the Messy awards show Penny Banks hosted. I believe it's free on my profile page.

Yeah I've gone into the forum a bit a found some pretty deep in there, one was just a blue dress.
I made a post on here years ago asking if anybody had any scenes with one, got like two or three replies. I forgot the password and randomly stumbled back upon it and was pleasantly surprised.
