Well guys after 7 years and 1000's of pies I am retiring. I am hanging up the gunge buckets. There are various reasons but mostly its just too much work and not really worth it anymore. When I started there were maybe 2 other guys doing videos now you have, well , too many to count. Good for all of you guys but bad for me. So it's time I move on.
Now having said that I'm not quite done yet. I have several possible customs in the works and I am open to anyone who wants to get a custom done before I quit. I don't think I will be completely done till November or at the latest December. That is if the customs happen. If they all dry up then that is that. So if you would like to get your last Abs Pecs Pies custom done contact me.
I'm not quite sure what I will do with the old videos yet. For now I;'l leave them up but pretty sure I will take them down a month or so after I'm finally done. I don't know. I'll see how it goes.
Thanks though guys for supporting me the last few years. Cant believe I did over 100 videos between the Abs Pecs Pies videos and Uppercrust! Thanks again for all these messy years! Mark
I am sad to read of your retirement...you have done an excellent job (and the videos were just getting to the point where they had everything I liked...pies, gunge, kissing and sex). Maybe you'll change your mind or even come back out of retirement down the road. Know that you'll be missed....
You, Sir, will be missed! THANK YOU for all your creativity and hard work over the last 7 years. You've certainly made your mark on this community. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.
Thanks for all the great work over the years, particularly when it was pretty much just you making videos. I've had some of them for years and years, and I guess I'll have to pick up a few more before they disappear altogether!
Oh no, very sad to hear that! You've produced some outstanding and unique work over the years, and will be sorely missed. Here's looking forward at least to some excellent customs before the end! :splat:
Just wanted to add my voice to the chorus of those thanking you for your awesome work over the years! As a young, confused, aspiring gunge boy, I was thrilled to come across your early clips online and realize there were other people out there like me.
Like someone else said above, just when the videos were starting to include that sexual/erotic element... :-( But best to go out while you're on top, I suppose.
Please keep us posted on your progress and let us know before you take down any clips/the site for good. I think a "Going out of business sale" of smashing pies would smash records!
Best wishes with whatever you decide to do next and thanks again.
Thank you guys I really appreciate all these nice posts. Tommy I have had others say that my clips were their first introduction to the gunge world and that they realized they were not alone. Always means a lot to me when I hear that. Yes I know we were getting more sexual which I know a lot of you have been asking for but I tell you its a bitch to find guys to do that for what I pay them. Sometimes i think about what a great video I could have made if I could pay the guys more. Just imagine the type of guys we could pie if I was able to pay $500 instead of $100 I will give notice before I take the videos down. At least a month so that you can all stock up.
Oh my goodness, Pyed, that is such sad news. Your videos and photos are always such good fun, inspirational, sensational. Thank you to you and all your pie/slime friends for bring such a huge amount of humour to so many pie/slime guys, all your great ideas and sketches. I wish I had half of your inventiveness with ideas! Very best wishes for all you do in the future - please don't give up the pie stuff forever - you do it sooo well!!!! Come to London, England - meet my messy mates - we would welcome you with many pies!
LOL I would love to do a London edition before I quit but don't think that will be happening. Thanks but I cant take all the credit for the creativity. Most of the videos are customs so I shoot what the tell me to. I have some very creative sponsors.
I bought a lot of them over the years.. not sure why you did not invest in a better camera - quality was always an issue for me (especially when an HD 1080p camera is $200/300 bucks) and prob why sales slowed down. I never needed the slapstick either. I don't think you should retire myself. Do a couple of videos over a year and leave em up - sales can still happen.
