I've had an idea rattling round based on this kind of thing for few years now, trouble is it would need 5 models for at least 2 scenes and hence the fees would be horrendous.
But basically:
Two teams of two people each, an "Answerer" and a "Sacrifice".
The answerers get asked questions by the compare in turn, and if they get them wrong their sacrifice get the gunge. If they get the question right, no-one gets gunged. The questions are the kind where the answer needs to be worked out, so simple maths questions or things where you need to keep count as the compare says how many people get on and off a train at each stop.
So far so simple, except that the answerers are wearing remote controlled vibrators in their underwear and the other team's answerer has the control, so as each answerer is trying to concentrate, she is being seriously distracted by what's going on in her pants.
At the end of the game, the answerer who got the most questions wrong is "given" to her by now very messy sacrifice to exact her messy revenge.
Not yet worked out is how the winning team would then be messed up, possibly as a second scene, plus of course eventually the compare needs to get it too, as a third one. Our House Rules are very strict that no-one gets away clean, and her ladyship insists on strict enforcement.
I'm imagining the answerers being either casually dressed or in unifiorms, but the sacrifices will dressed to the nines in formal gowns, heels, tights, etc, and have to sit and maintain perfect decorum while the compare messes them up a bit more each time.
I figured people could decide on the additional stuff for themselves depending on the video
Some videos have one model get another messy and then a follow up where the victim gets revenge so they could do something like that here where the one who answers is now in the messy seat in a later video.

I've thought about doing something like this in Splatter Island, but they would have to be filmed separately. The resulting scene would be an editing nightmare.
And I would put my own spin on it, by alternating between the two contestants. However, one is really trying to win and the other is just being a dick.
