Bit of a technical question but I think it belongs here...
I've been wanting to use ice cream for a LONG time now. Have incorporated it into one session but in that case it had been left out for quite a while and had separated so it was pretty much oil when poured. It must be a real balancing act and probably depends upon the brand as well but clearly when fresh out the freezer it's solid.
Does anyone have any tips with how long to leave it out to keep it as a good consistency when used? I'm thinking of WAMshorts videos which has it almost with the consistency of custard but going off the models' reactions is still really really cold (exactly what I'm going for).
