Let's see if I can get any takers for an idea I've had:

Basically I'm looking for people to nominate substances to mix together into a "yucky bucket" to be gunged with. The catch being that anyone that nominates must also complete the bucket and gunge themselves.

Some rules:

1 - One nominated item per person
2 - No repeated items
3 - Approx 1 litre of each item (i.e. one carton of custard or 2 cans of food)
4 - Maximum of 12 participants (average builders bucket is around 12 litres)
5 - Can be any item you like as long as safe to use and easy to purchase
6 - Anyone nominating must complete the bucket and gunge themselves, to demonstrate your understanding of this rule start your post with "I'm in"

I'll get the ball rolling:

I'm in, first item is 2 tins of mushy peas

I'm in. Second item is 1 liter of cake batter.

Note: the "easy to purchase" rule might not hold up well across the pond, so some substitutions might be necessary

That's a good point, I'm sure allowances can be made where necessary.

Yep no mushy peas on this side of the pond that I have been able to find.

I'm in. Fourth item is a tub of cottage cheese!
And no mushy peas, what to substitute?

Come on guys - we'll just have to MAKE the mussy peas. Recipes are available. Peas, heavy cream, and butter into a blender should do it for our purposes. Just need to make a liter of the stuff.

Hmm - here we go again: "good old custard" is hard to come by across the pond. Maybe we could add eggs to vanilla pudding? I could try that and cover my face in it to verify

I think Banana Pudding is pretty close in terms of texture and consistency

This is starting to progress quite rapidly!! The exciting part of this "pact" is committing to getting gunged by 12 liters of goopy stuff without knowing what it will be Fun stuff!!

The 6th item is melted ice cream

I am in the 7th cream corn.

I tried so you didn't have to: I added 4 eggs to a liter of vanilla pudding. It DID make it notably runnier, and more yellow. Works for me
