I've always loved the idea of some sort of hosepipe that instead of water sprays custard, chocolate pudding or anything else messy. The fun I'd have with that (and a willing female volunteer).
Buy a nice sized house, that's fairly secluded and put in a treated mud/clay pond (ample amounts of salt etc to keep nasty shit away) And invite friends over constantly to play, shoot, etc.
I second the idea of the pie pod, but I would add different options for targets like a pillory and and options for mess like a tube that would shoot pudding or cream or slime or dump it on you. Also some sort of auto pie making machine.
Then I would make it into a recording type studio which people could then rent the space to make their own videos, or events or fundraisers where people would compete in quiz shows or video games and the loser would get messed. Then you could have all sorts of set ups... Just normal quizzes or games where a wrong answer or lost round meant a pie in the face to losing the game meant pies and slime to intentional set ups where a rigged game meant somebody would be stuck in the pillory the whole time and people could pay to pie them. Or each pie they took would mean an amount for charity. Bonus points for fun, silly and potentially humiliating costumes.

If I could build something without thinking of costs I'd add on a bakery to the side for a line of fresh deserts daily and a wash down room as well for cleaning all the messes up.

All of you spending millions on a mansion and equipment but designing ways to ease the clean up - you'd be able to afford to pay a team of (well paid) cleaners the whole time !!! Just make mess when you want and where you want. Lol. (But also, deep sigh for fantasies that won't come true.......)
