Don't have them dress the same. I like the garters idea, maybe something with a domme theme, and throw in a very tight dress or skirt.

Thin, cotton summer dress which gets ripped off to reveal stockings and suspenders and heels. Either that or the formal office look, tight blouse and skirt, with the same underwear and shoes

Leather jacket, tight jeans and heels. Not too classy, like someone that's turned up wearing their normal clothes, with nothing else to go home in, not expecting to get messy but gets dragged in and trashed!

It doesn't matter, whatever you wear will get torn off anyway.

Nylons/pantyhose get wet and turn into another colour in mud. Also, when they're ripped off during the wrestling action the girls' muddy legs get clean for a while again

What to wear? High waisted shiny disco pants, or high waist shiny disco shorts, worn with either sports bra tops or bikini tops, plus sparkly wellies. Round one they can try and get each others wellies off, first to get both her opponent's boots off wins, round two then barefoot.
