Frankly I could have a lot more fun investing in wam models and wam media than I could from owning a fancy watch or sports car or domain name. Where I live near Ocala in Florida you can buy a nice home with 40 acres of land and you could create your own "wam theme park" for that amount of money.

As the old Jerry Seinfeld joke said "My parents just moved to Florida - they didn't want to go but they just turned 60 and that's the law".
It's not a great place to live if you are a mud fan (no deep mud locations like they have in Texas or Georgia) but the weather is better than where I came from (The UK...which has the same miserable weather as Seattle) and Florida is one of only 7 states that have no State Income Tax, so with good weather and low taxes, low real estate prices and low cost of living it is one of most affordable places to live. I have traveled to over 90 countries in the last 35 years and the only other place I have enjoyed as much is when I used to live in Australia.
But Rob Blaine of Messy Fun lived in the perfect place for a mud fan -- he had all the best locaitons for mud near where he lived in Austin, TX.
