Sorry I have been a bit quiet but life got in the way.

But good news the journey continues.
Even better news a familiar and friendly UMD face wanted to try out the pies. So I took some of my latest extra thick mix and let her try a couple

This is the results from one custard cream. Question is can you guess who is under that thick custard cream?

Big thanks to messyrob and I can absolutely recommend the mix with outstanding consistency, ease of clean up and lack of staining! I did have to drive all the way home absolutely caked in pie but hey what's a girl to do!!

It's a bit different to cream on a plate isn't it lol. Well at least its non dairy or the drive home would have been a lot worse lol

Thanks, this is definitely one of the messier mixes I have developed.

Blueberry or cherries would be a good contrast. Might have to give it a go.

Awesome coverage for just a single pie! Would love to see you take a pie sandwich with this pie mix

A few people have asked what it felt like: the mix itself is really heavy and creamy, it didn't sting my eyes or anything but I could immediately feel my hair and face becoming caked. I was able to clear a space for my eyes but it just ran very slowly down, sticking to my whole face.

You know how sometimes if you get hit by a whipped cream pie, depending on how long the cream has been lying/settling for you might not actually get a good coverage if it is still quite "air-filled" and it all cleans off quickly? well there would be NO danger of that with these pies .

I didn't quite know how the pie was going to be applied until a split-second beforehand and it added to the excitement quite a bit My hair has been a few different colours with balayage over the years but at the moment it is my natural dark brown so I think it made a nice contrast with the cream pie

If I had tried too hard to get the stuff off it would have been a disaster (!) and so it meant I was completely covered in the pie until I got home and under the shower. When I got out of the car my neighbour Ellie who I am friends with was walking her dog past my driveway so she stopped to say Hi and was like oh my goodness what happened to you? so I told her I went on a trip to get pied in the face and she thought it was hilarious asking all about it and if I could eat the pie and if it was tasty Yes was the answer!

Oh my goodness, yes! Your pies really do look very messy!
