I've gotten messy a couple of times and always felt like what we used just wasn't quite right.
I loved the texture and slimey feel that natarsol gives but when it gets in your mouth it just isn't that great. However custard / ice cream is tasty but goes really tacky as soon as you start to play with it which just starts to feel weird after a while.
Does anyone know of anything that matches this description? Preferably sweet but not a deal breaker.
Custard choc or vanilla, cake batter. These be the least stockiest. But yeah as mentioned anything sweet has sugar which is sticky. Maybe try oiling them down but this will affect the taste and prob make your hair oily. Maybe there might be sweet products out there that are sugar free? Mmm maybe taste like shit though haha.
I love cake batter. Can't get enough of it. It's thick, heavy, smooth, slimy and creamy all at the same time. But beware! Anything with flour will turn to glue if you let it dry out too much. Olive oil is a good suggestion.
I've also had great luck with a product (made for kids) called "Ooze Baff." I made a batch of pink cake batter and Ooze Baff made it mega stretchy ad slippery. It felt so good!
But it did take forever to wash off, lol. I think the directions said add salt when you're ready to clean up and it will react and become much easier.
Pretty much Everything we use is sweet but very sticky Thick porridge with golden syrup and cocoa powder mixed in cake batter made with eggs. flour and water. chocolate fudge and chocolate frosting custard thick yoghurt etc Black treacle is especially sticky

Do you make your own cake batter if so you got a recipe? Last time I bought it was so expensive. Best bang for buck mess I can find for now is porridge.
I'm a fan of cool whip once it's room temperature. It's not sticky at all since it's mostly hydrogenated oils but also isn't very thick because of that.
Cake batter is also a favorite of mine and as others mentioned using oil instead of water to mix it will prevent it from being sticky. The key is to not add water to anything containing gluten because when water and gluten mix they are very sticky.
