Well its not Spanish based on teh subtitles I id it as Albanian...which will make the search even harder lol

Call me ignorant but I kind of realized that the subtitles are not Spanish, however the headline was created by Wamtec itself: "Spanish Tit for Tat Slapstick"

Looks like this is a segment from a different episode which was put into the compilation you linked. I'm working on translating the segment and the segment prior to see if there's any hint of what the original episode was.

Sometimes, there are hundreds of episodes of a show and you look through them in vain, eyeballing hours and hours of YouTube timelines just to find nothing. And sometimes, you just find what you're looking for 3 episodes in:
