I have Express VPN so that I can watch The Real Housewives of other countries. I can turn it on and see this video. Not sure I'll be able to record it, though. Not sure how to do that.

You could play it on a computer and record with your phone. Lol. I have an iPhone and it has a screen record option in the drop down menu.
