Plans are moving forward with the landscaping of the new house. Thought I would share some of the concept drawings with the UMD. 90% of the time the space will be for private use, but I have decided to do 3 bad ass Porn mud shoots a year once its all built. There are several extremely hot models live quite close to my location so it should not be an issue.
Of course the other great thing about the house is its 5 mins from the beach, so even if there are visiting models it should be a pleasant trip. I do not foresee this being finished by the end of the year simply because of the cost involved. The last one I built when I lived in Austin was below ground and heavy rain took its toll on the pit. This one will be above ground. This is a Hurricane prone area and the soil is a mixture of sand so it will also need a thick concrete base and foundation posts at least a foot and a half deep.

That looks fantastic! I like your BBQ plan too - I used to have a business colleague who boasted that his BBQ could be seen from space.
I remember your previous mudpit build and the solar heating array you built for it, that was quite something, and LOL at passing it off as a fishpond afterwards!
Be interested to see some photos of this build if you have time to share any.
Any thoughts on foot-traffic surfaces around the pit? Muddy feet can be pretty slippery on wooden surfaces, and looks like a bit of a walk to the shower area.
Plonk dude that is so American, perhaps a golf cart??? You are right about the slippery surface, how unfortunate if some poor hottie falls in! A LOT of caution is always needed. Don't want to end up in the ER with a naked, mud covered hottie!
Mud should be about 12" deep or so, any deeper and its really difficult to have sex in...
