Happy, we need to get you to Vegas, you are one of the old guard! So many others too. I wish that you can all find our way out to meet everyone.
I've tried, and met exactly one person. Two others ghosted the actual day of while a third is honest about being too shy. Being in an area that seems pretty far from all of who I would call the big names and mid-tier players in terms of producers and forum activity doesn't help. I'd be a lot more comfortable meeting IRL some of them because they have an established history and reputation but wouldn't limit people I would see to only them of course.
I've met MessyGirl and Mr. MG several years ago! GREAT PEOPLE! I also used to talk to a gentleman on here named Norman Mabeld, before he passed away. We had some great talks not always about wam but in general! I really miss him!
Yeah, the best part of Vegas was Derek, Messmaster himself. He has a way of making everyone feel special and valued; Hell, he even does it to me! I was pleasantly surprised how many remembered me from '18. It was also great to meet Messmistress, Jayce, Melissa, Larstord, Potatoman, and many others whose names now escape me.
I'll start working on a Bristol Splunch for May 2024.

Anyone who's ever been fortunate enough to talk to or meet Norman misses him.
