If I recall correctly, there's a scene in the old MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. tv series where David McCullum ends up in a vat of cement. Haven't seen the scene in years and years, but I'm sure it's out there somewhere.

Do you remember what series?
The scene might be from Series 4, the very last episode: "The Concrete Overcoat Affair". But I can't verify that that's the correct episode.
