-Do you feel as if buying a house with WAM money was only possible if you got started in the 90s and 2000s but not anymore?
-Did you get grief from the bank/landlords for what you do? It was inspiring to hear that your neighbors are actually cool with what you do. We are secretive as hell with our landlord and our neighbors... I don't want anything messing up our operation.
-Do/did you have problems with models flaking out? I've been struggling with that lately.

2. WAM money can come to new producers as well. We just had a head start with it,
3. As long as you are not breaking any laws, a landlord or banks have no say in how you make your money.
4. Non professional models will flake so it's best to find the ones who model for a living.
