Chocolate cake down the back please then sit and squish the cake stand and repeat 5 times

Ok so I have just put the entire chocolate cake down the back so I've got no more of that!

Ice Cream down the inside at the front

Tinned fruit in the front, then do ten squats

And now some whipped cream down the back

A load of Rice pudding in the front!!

Custard in the front and a wedgie

Put the tinned fruit with your hands in the front of your panties

The sit and stand 5 times after filling with the once only that should now be mixed nicely with the chocolate cake and be well squished

Put the custard in the front, then put your hands in to mix it all.

Mini Triffles down the front.

And then do 10 lunges.

Wipped cream down the front then work all that mess downwards from the outside

Dont worry I finished up the tub of Ice Cream and Custards, before giving myself several wedgies! (The rest of the ingredients have been saved for another day)
