One of my favorites from the standpoint of suspense is this: one girl is given a topic she has to talk about continuously for 60 seconds, and if she stops, she gets pied/slimed/whatever. But ALSO there's a secret word related to the topic that results in a pieing/sliming/whatever if she says it.
My suggestions is very simple. A question game and wrong answer = pie, pie sandwich or strip. If none of the sisters answer, both get pied. If the video has full nude, in the end the loser gets slimed full naked.
Personally, I'm quite fond of something simple like a trivia game. Right answers get your opponent pied, wrong answers get you pied, and whoever gets pied most also gets gunged at the end!
Panty filling trivia game where each wrong answer results in their panties being filled with more mess. The sister with the most wrong answers at the end gets a big messy wedgie.
Messy cooking contest! Each prepare a starter, a main course, and a dessert. You taste them all and the loser gets all the prepared dishes dumped on them/down their pants!
