Yeah we have made the 3d files available to purchase on cults 3d if you want to print your own. I'm working on the last bit of the documentation as we speak, this will include the required extra components.
Just want to say thank you to everyone that has ordered on of the valves, we've been overwhelmed with the response and really appreciate all of you who have ordered so far. The printer has been running day and night to fill orders and I've already had to do an emergency filament order. For right now I've set them to sold out on etsy but once we've fulfilled all our current orders abd the extra components have arrived we will make them available for sale again.
Absolutely OUTSTANDING! I think I speak for MANY when I say you have created a superb solution to an age old problem that MANY will make use ofTT P.s. I do hope wifey is generous enough to let us see her in the tank with swimsuit or bikini pretty please!

Negotiations are taking place as we speak. I think I'm on the hook for a new swimsuit for it to happen in.
If you are looking for 'control' of a valve like this, I'll dig out my WAM controller. One of the versions I have (somewhere in the workshop) has an air pump in it.
That would drive your piston valve fine. Only issue is how it knows when to stop pumping air. My valve had a pressure sensor to stop the air pump.
Theory would be that you could in fact drill a small hole in the syringe when it's full open just above the rubber seal, so that when the valve is full open, excess air just bleeds out.
The controller I have somewhere is touchscreen with timers and also an Android phone app.

Just a thought....
That would be really cool to try out. Drop me a message and we can see if we can collaborate on something.
I'd like to take a minute to thank you all for your overwhelming support of this and those of you that have ordered thank you for your patience. We've learned a lot from this and are really excited for the next step. We're going to make a few modifications to the design to make the printing a bit more expedient and reliable then we will re open for orders. Again thank you so much for your support and please know that we are really happy to know that we are helping everyone get the home gunge tank experience they deserve.
