Looking for same WAM hacks. I have chocolate pudding stuck in one of my ears due to a massive pie sandwich. A lot of fun at the time but have been dealing with this for a couple of weeks now. Tried hydrogen peroxide daily, works for a bit but not the cure. Anyone have any other ideas to clear the ears out. Appreciate the love, thanks.
Also, do any of you, amateur or pro use ear plugs when getting sandwiched or when doing full submersion? I know, not sexy, but definitely a good idea.

Thanks all
a turkey baster full of warm water in the ear after a few days of hydrogen peroxide should do it
I'm not a doctor, but I was an EMT. If it's been in there for a couple of weeks, I would definitely suggest seeing a doctor about this as soon as possible.
I had lots of ear problems years back (not WAM related)
Water (and other substances!) can often get trapped behind a build up of ear wax (a build up you might not have realised was already there) and that, when impacted can be virtually impervious to cleansing - even with hydrogen peroxide ear drops; otherwise stuff that gets in there should usually be relatively easy to rinse out. If it's been a few weeks it's possibly a minor infection and it's the inflammation you can feel rather than the chocolate pudding.
You need to get it looked at to establish what it is and they'll possibly give you antibiotics. Following a sufficient dose of HP ear drops - you might be offered a syringe (these days performed by a tiny jet of warm water).
Don't ever stick anything (even a cotton bud) in there to try to clear it.
+1 on going to the ENT specialist as soon as possible. Ear infections are very dangerous. I either use ear plugs or at the very least, a piece of wasses up kleenex to keep stuff out of my ears.
If you were U.K. based, I would suggest that you see a local private clinic offering micro suction. Cost will be £60-70. Google ear wax removal and suction. Will be quicker & better than a GP - they will refer you to a nurse for syringing which is not the best treatment but cheaper for the NHS. Not sure about U.S. situation but guess you have to pay so private clinic could be right move where you are too. Chances are you have a build up of wax anyway that the session has exacerbated.
I had to go to the doctor 2 yrs in a row after mud volleyball tournament to get ear washed out. Don't know how to do it yourself. Had to be much more careful after that.

One thing that may help is saline solution or having your ears cleaned out at a ear doctor office
Since this has been ongoing for awhile now and you've been using peroxide, I'm going to route of going to an ENT (Ear Nose Throat) specialist. Robby got it right with the food right explanation.
Have you tried sucking it out with one of those things they use on babies to suck snot and shit out. The big ball thing with a cone on the end. With it being weeks, I would be worried about mold and other stuff.
