So, is it just a bit repetitive now, we've certainly slowed the use of it down the past year or so, there are not as many updates that feature it as there once was, that's for sure. We have the Tub, Carwash, Blasters, Fireplace, Pumps, Pillory and Devices and so on... to ensure we are never short of ideas.

We ask, how many times can you gunge someone in a tank and it be entertaining, or in the case of this forum, sexy? Or, is it still the same when you watch new videos, and it's just as exciting to watch!

Do you actually completely disagree and want more of it?

With originality being stamped in Messyworld's mantra, they have been asking, is this the time to bring down the curtain on it, or do we keep it, or possibly even evolve it a little and bring in new ideas around it?

Each March/April is the time when we meet and discuss the future of all our websites and projects and of course, Messyworld and this subject of the devices and where to spend and not to spend will come up this year.
It is a time when we toss ideas into the pot, (we like to call it the 'toss pot')!

It makes sense to broaden the input rather than just keep discussion to a circle of mostly 'non-wammers' and producers in a meeting room, doesn't it? (their words, not mine!)

Yep, that's already a policy. Since spring 2015, *Most* participants will only feature (messy) an absolute maximum of 6 times (although that sometimes seems more because of the spreading out of shoots) unless they are an integral feature of the website, host or 'gunge giver'! x

You guys have one of the most innovative tanks going. The Gunge Tank is an integral part - but one tip.... keep it real. We can see through a phoney story line - if all else fails, stick a lassie in, and pull the chain. No convoluted stories, unless it is roleplay.

Other than that, keep up the exceptional work

Staggered that anybody would think of getting rid of the gunge tank. Unless you need the cash to buy a stately home and install a Trip Round the Great House. That'd be a good reason.

The gungetank: Original and best. I hope it stays !

TBH I have never really been a fan of the gunge tank, other than one occasion on NHP in the early days when a girl who didn't know she was up for it, was dressed in a nice cocktail dress, (she was supposed to be going out for dinner after the show), and the hair and make up were superb. She took it in great part as her cleavage was filled with the stuff. To me it all gets a bit samey, but I fully understand those who have a different view.

Much the same with a dunk tank. after the first dunk, nothing much changes.

Like I said on Twitter, there are plenty of ways to spice up a gunge tank scene, and I'll go into them in more detail here.

Different models is a no-brainer. Let's say you take things to basics and stick a model in the gunge tank. Let's remove all variables for this example - the gunge is thick, lime green, cold and odourless; the models are wearing plain white bikinis; and the scenario is simply an unscripted girl goes in, girl sits down, host gunges girl kind of scene. That alone will produce different scenes, especially if you mix up the kinds of model that you use (which from what I've seen of your work, you kind of do already anyway). There are the obvious visual differences (a skinny blonde girl is going to look very different to a curvy redhead, who in turn is going to look different to a chubby Asian and so on), but don't count out the individuality of the gungee. We're watching people getting gunged, and people have their own feelings and personalities and with that, reactions. In short, even without changing the specifics of the scene other than who's getting it, there's quite a wide scope for visual and narrative outcomes.

Next is different contexts. This was probably the wrong word to use in the tweet but hey, it's Twitter, a place where thought-out opinions go to die. Anyway, here is where the variables I eliminated before come back into play. I shouldn't need to explain this one, but I will anyway.

First of all, let's bring colour back in. As far as I know, I'm the only person who thinks like this, but I'm a sucker for colour contrast between the gunge and something that stands out on the gungee - usually hair or clothing colour. Got a blonde? Cover her in purple. Got someone in a blue top? Orange slop! How you pick the colours is obviously up to you, but even without the contrast part, different colours simply have different connotations. For instance, what looks more disgusting to a "girly girl" - brown or pink? The feel's going to make a difference too. I definitely don't need to point out the difference between warm and cold, for example!

Outfits next. Different people have fetishes for different outfits. For example, I'm a foot fetishist, but plenty of people like their gungees to wear heels or boots or whatever (weirdos! ). On the other hand, your models might be more comfortable in a certain outfit and as such, behave differently depending on what they're wearing - though admittedly I might be overthinking that one since whether they're in a jeans and t-shirt or BDSM harness, they're still getting gunged in what is effectively a porno! Even if I'm wrong on that one, I'm certainly not wrong in saying there's a major visual difference between someone in jeans and a t-shirt and someone in bondage gear!

Finally, there's the scene itself. At this point, you could add a script. You could have your model be more of an actress playing a character. You could still have it be unscripted, but what exactly happens be more than just "girl sits in tank, host gunges girl". This is where you already shine, so you don't need me to go on and on with dissecting this point. Well, I doubt you need me dissecting the other points either, but hey! Just saying that there's plenty you can do with "just" a gunge tank!

Love the gunge tank. The quiz format is great.

I would also LOVE to see a big dunk tank. Bring back Get Your Own Back. Two models with a genuine loser and winner.

How about a crossover from Top Gunge like the interview or a quiz with more than 1 model?

A replica of the gunk dunk would be the absolute pinnacle of wam for me. Hopefully one day a producer with a big wallet can make it happen

I really hate the idea of getting rid of the gunge tank. The gunge tank with foam and human carwash are by far the best content on Messyworld and I would instead suggest the messy bondage stuff is maybe where to cut. The estate agent stuff last season wasn't that exciting but the new timer quiz I think is much stronger.

In terms of how not to make it feel samey - nervous energy is the key thing as if a girl gets too used to it and doesn't react, that isn't as good. A game or scenario where the girl is trying to avoid a messy fate always works. That could be done head to head so the girls don't know at the start who will get gunged.

For role play it might mix it up more if in some scenes the gungee acts all bratty show-off and vain in the prequel bit say looking in mirrors a lot or bragging. Alternately there's the situation where a girl has made effort to dress up for a party or date and then her friend springs a messy surprise. I have no problem with a simple no story though.

I think I you should keep it but maybe use it less or try different scenarios. But you can't beat a simple girl gets gunged video without any gimmicks lol

All right, another (perhaps more helpful) suggestion - loading the gunge tank onto a van and driving round to other locations to gunge unsuspecting victims (or models pretending to be unsuspecting, depending how practical this is)



Which episode/clip was that, please, it doesn't ring any bells.

I think I've said before, my theory is to why the gunge tank on Noel Edmonds's shows were so popular was because all the girls had big 80s hair, which the gunge really did a number on. So, my other recommendation is that all the models should have several cans of hairspray used to create great big heads of hair that get ruined by streams of gunge

I was a bit too young to remember these shows and never really watched them at the time, not really my type of thing, but a lot of people seem to mention them a lot! I have seen links to clips that people regularly send in. (Incidentally, my producer hates it when MW get compared to certain 90's TV shows, really irritates him lol
But then, he hates slapstick, has mild OCD and hates getting messy, weirdo! )

This is probably a good time to mention that I omitted to include that there are 3 gunge tanks, rather than 1, with different functions, hence the varied function in updates;

Definitely keep the gunge tank, though I'm not a big fan of the foam filling.

The one suggestion I'd make is to encourage the models to react more. There's a tendency for the girls to just sit quite stoically and take it, not really showing how they're feeling about the experience.

It's especially odd when there's a narrative set-up, maybe a reluctant victim type thing, but as soon as the gunge starts flowing she just sits there and doesn't scream or complain or react. The narrative stops when the gunge starts.

More reactions would be better. Other than that, still enjoy your work.

well everyone's going to have their own preferences when it comes to gunging someone and you can't please everyone. I'm a big fan of PVC and leather so love it that you include a lot of this fetish into your videos.

I would love to see the carwash more refined - make it a bit more like nhp with a side view, with a proper chair and have it move automatically forward through the brushes.

I also love the standard gunge tank and don't find it boring at all. Would be great to put some gunge jets on the side so the victim gets more coverage. The foam is good but would be better if it rose up quicker (like on nhp).

Like some of the other comments, it would be amazing to build a replica of the NHP 'trip around the house'... you could incorporae the carwash into this!

Keep the tank! I think more variety in outfits would be better. I may be in the minority here but I'd rather see the carwash go.

Yes, we'll still be doing bondage videos alongside everything else we do, we rotate updates to keep each market happy.

Like the Gunge Tanks and Carwash, the 'Messy Bondage' is just too 'In Demand' to ignore.

However, I'd love to see you do more pie stuff with more of your girls. It seems to be limited to 3-4 models at the moment. Lucy definitely deserves a pie in the face
