those wacky Japanese love to pie their sexy women! Its been quite a while since that pie ritual scene or that game where they ask an impossible question and then pie the crap out of the girls in their cute little short dresses.
Then there were those scenes where the chick lies on her back and writhes on the ground and some demented chick throws a ball to release a pie that drops down on her kisser.
those are some of the sexiest pie scenes I've ever witnessed, even if the pies themselves are not great...the coverage is and the reactions of the women are outstanding.
Would love to see a new edition of these scenes or some other new imaginative pie scenario...
I was in Japan about three years ago and did not see that particular show but other comedy and game shows that were screaming for pies...alas there were none while I was there. But I can't help but think there are a lot more "mainstream" Japanese pies out there than are being caught.
I haven't seen any new content in years. The stuff from a few years back (where the girls laid on the floor and the pie dropped on them) was the last I saw. That was a big step back from the classic scenes you mentioned, too.
Occasionally I look for new Japanese clips, but they're few and far between. Or I'm not searching the right spots. New shows might be popping up that we're not aware of? But the previous reliable sources (like this great running gag on "End Of The World Q!" involving Nana Suzuki and a cream cannon) seem to have dried up. [Side note: If anyone can find any newer versions of this setup LMK!!]
My guess is this is the best way to track ongoing Wam in Japan. Not sure if what they post is current or not since I have no idea what is airing over there.

That's what I'm saying Rich. There have to be some scenes we missed. Who am I to complain since I don't contribute anything more than an opinion.
All I am saying is you don't put on those kinds of scenes on and then just stop cold turkey do you? There have to be more out there? Or not? If Wikipedia is to be believed, Muscats is still on the air. And there are at least a dozen other wacky shows in Japan that are potentially pie-centric.
I love these Japanese game shows on so many levels! all the clips that you are looking for are on line (Youtube), but the key works are in Japanese (kanji).
(1st box) Select English 9this is your source language), then type in:
pretty (or sexy) girl, pie, face (or pie in face), game show (if you know the name of the show, type that as well)
[2nd box) Select Japanese (this is your target language): the program will then translate you English in to Japanese. BUT WAIT!
To make sure you have things translated correctly, copy the Japanese text, then paste it into the FIRST BOX (and select Japanese, or, just wait for the program to identify the source language), then go back to the 2nd box and select ENGLISH...if the translation (back to English) is exactly or close to what you typed in originally (in English) then you know it's a good translation (small changes van change the translation, so, be mindful of nuances in different languages). Then, copy the Japanese text and paste it into the Youtube search bar...VOILA! you will find a bunch of messy game shows...many of them will belong to channels with links to other show or clips that did not show up in the search (probably because of weird/ideosyncratic or minimal tags).

Doesn't quite live up to the pics but still great aftermath. BTW, when I try to access route207 on my old computer I get some "inadequate transport security" error. Thoughts?
CORRECTION (and apologies): the translated Japanese characters displayed in google translate are NOT 'kanji' (which is actually the adopted Chinese (Han) characters)...but rather traditional hiragana or katakana scripts.
