Agreed. Though this stuff is THICK. We tried warming it up, but whipping it with something else (maybe water?) might help.
Super funny you linked that as I have a bucket of exactly that in my kitchen that my friend who works in a bakery dropped off. You can add water to achieve desired consistency.
