Over on TellyGunge, user BucketOfGoop posted an old find in a video on the making of Tenacious D - The Pick of Destiny.
Turns out the woman involved is none other than Amy Adams. (Confirmed via IMDB) It's unclear if this scene made it into the actual finished cut - anyone got a copy to check?

Yeah it's in the movie. I remember on the DVD commentary, Jack Black was pissed about it. Apparently, neither the director or Tenacious D knew she was there that day. If they were, they would've given her a speaking role. She was friends with one of the fx guys and they talked her into doing that.
