It's officially been 13 months since I've been on a rollercoaster. That is not at all ok with me. I decided I needed some more adrenaline in my life so I picked up a new set of wheels. This is my first time owning an Italian vehicle and it's a wayyy different beast than my RC51 but I've learned to love it pretty darned quickly. I'm pretty sure this gets more smiles per gallon than anything else I've ever owned. The 2020 model added electronic suspension and there's more computerized functionality than I'd ever expected any bike to have. If anybody else is in the market for a two wheel machine I can comfortably recommend an Aprilia.
I've had Kawasakis Suzuki's and Hondas. I still have an rc51 in the garage. It's one of the best motorcycles ever and shares a similar social effect to the Aprilia in that when you show up riding one lots of people have no idea they even existed

It's something of a beast.. Aprilia and Ducati are kinda like the Lamborghini and Ferrari of the bike world. This one makes 217HP and came with all the performance bits that are usually aftermarket: Akropovic exhaust, Brembo brakes, carbon fiber body, electronically managed steering dampener and front and rear suspension etc

I'm definitely a sport bike type. I still have the RC51 in the garage. Was almost tempted to sell it but I still love it just a tad too much.
WHAT!!!!!? Like, if you mounted fiberglass wings on that, you could probably achieve lift! Like that is a sick and amazing bike, but honestly, it scares the absolute hell out of me.
