Its the question everybody asks. You see a video and it says "Nick and Steve face off with the loser getting gunged" and you think "i'd love to play that game and be gunged in a future episode" but the video creators never seem to ask for models. I'm in Cardiff, Wales. Does anybody know any male wam creators in commutable distance who want new video stars and whom may want me to play their messy games?

Most sites have an open door policy for gunge models however this is often done by selection ( I have found by my own experience several times so its not a new thing ) If you fit there criteria ie your young looking, slim or fit and toned then your quickly invited to join and take part in game shows, slapstick filming or group sessions, however if you look older than 35 years or don't match there criteria then your often asked to pay a stupid fee to cover filming costs.
While many of us get the fact they have to sell videos of guest's and models to make money back it does feel very discriminatory - there is an audience for everyone as some viewers may like to see videos of older guys of all shapes and sizes get trashed more than some younger lad but sadly a lot of site owners seem to have the blinkers on and don't see any issue.
Two decent sites for gunge models are GungeMaster3 and broadcastthis.tv
Every few months it's the same entitled people complaining that producers won't spend a day gunging them at their own financial risk.

Producers have the data of what does and doesn't sell and will hire models based on that data. The whole market is driven by the viewers and what they actually pay to see.

I keep being bombarded by new people adding me as a friend and saying i "look hot" in my photos.
Despite this the producers dont seem to consider me "hot"

There are generally two types of producers.
The first type are full-time producers who need to make a profit from video content as it's their income. This is the category I fell into with QuizBob (and still do with my current non-WAM production). The models who appear in content are those who are more likely to make some kind of profit. This is dictated by the viewers who are purchasing content. A producer given the choice between a model who will definitely make the costs back of production plus the profit to earn a living or a volunteer who may not even make the production cost back, is going to choose the model.
The second type of producers create their video content on the side, as a hobby. They may therefore take a different approach, perhaps aiming just to cover costs. It's likely that they will choose to film content with people that they personally want to see gunged. And why the hell shouldn't they?! They're investing their own time and money, that gives them every right to be selective.
"It's not fair!" Why, because you aren't getting to do something for free that you feel you should be entitled to do?
The solution: show that there is a decent-sized paying audience for content featuring you. Set up an OF or a Patreon where you get yourself messy. Then you can approach producers to show how many paid subscribers you have, prove that you have a viable audience.
Or even better, set up your own full WAM production from scratch, maybe even use a Kickstarter to crowdfund it initially. If you're convinced there's an audience, go for it!
As a couple of others have said, there is a financial, and time risk to producers, even for those who 'volunteer' to take part in a show. The cost of gunge, the actual set costs, the set up time, the clean up time, the time it takes to edit videos together, subscriptions for various softwares, hosting fee's if you have your own site etc.
Then theres the perception that a producer makes 100% of the sale cost... we don't. UMD take 30% of every sale, then theres the transaction fees for your receiving your payout (dependent on how it's received), OF take 20% of every subscription or PPV, even on our own sites we are subject to processing fees.
However, if you really do feel you have an audience, goopquest.com has cheap and easy to mix gunge, and from July will have an option to hire the new gunge tank to anywhere in the UK (keep an eye on Insta for this release). So as Quizbob says, if you genuinely feel you have an audience, feel free to hire the tank, get some gunge and stick your phone on record. Make the investment yourself and make yourself some money
I will make this offer too... if you feel you will sell, book the Tier 3 experience with goopquest.com and contact us via the contact form. If you hit a number of sales with your episode within a certain timeframe (to be discussed), we'll guarantee you a full refund, if not, costs are covered - is that fair?
Interesting question. I don't know about videos involving male contestants, but in my experience, videos of females getting wammed tend to star:
1) producers 2) professional models 3) friends of same 4) maybe a few influencers and, but not for quite a few years, 5) genuine member of the public who doesn't realise that this is a fetish video going up on the internet
I'm not sure how many producers genuinely cast real genuine fans. It may well be that the reason nobody responds to contact is that they simply aren't interested in hiring people without a professional portfolio and recommendations

you know, I have often thought about the idea, however I know that I neither have the body type for the producers, or the charisma. So i'd never ask.
this answer though, I have to give you credit for... that is a very, very decent answer, well thought out and even offering a compromise. Nicely done!
