Yep, plus you can't monetize hits on someone else's video.
Chop someone else's 4-min video into 8 20-second videos, though....

I put it on my channel because I like the video, the difference is that I only put the moment of the video that I like, instead of having to be looking for a 10-second moment in a 10-minute video.
