Some pics from a recent shoot. Id love to use authentic style PR pies sometime, can anyone point me in the direction of the recipe that's in English? I'd be grateful!
"Walking On The Plank" recipe - Emulsifier + some soda (it shouldn't be Coca Cola) I think Sprite, Fanta or Guarana + sugar (we call this ''fake chantilly'')

Which emulsifier again? That's what I couldn't get right. I tried four or five different ones and none of them worked. I've been wanting to try these pies for a long time. Best I've found so far is lite whipped frosting cut with some cool whip.

Which we're gonna use next Wednesday btw
In the video I watched to learn how to make the 'fake chantilly', the woman uses emulsifier for ice cream.

Where this video can be found? I love those pies!!
These pies look really good. I like your Passa ou Repassa version of a cream pie where it has crust & a filling & whipped-style topping. How did you create these pies, and the decorative topping?

No bake crusts, pudding with yellow or blue food coloring, cool whip and icing tubes/packets. Fingers were blue for a couple of days afterwards but well worth it!

I remember that video, but do you have any idea which emulsifier they used? I've tried four or so, and none of them did the trick. The trick is finding the right emulsifier, and for the life of me I can't figure out what they used.
