I'm just writing the description for the very first scene in my store and I've hit a bit of a writers block. I just don't know the best way to describe the outfits that the lovely Honeysuckle and Araneae are wearing for it.
Are they formal, casual, long or short? Are they normal day to day dresses, party dresses or evening wear... I don't wear dresses so I just don't know! I'd mention colour too.... but I've seen how that can ignite the internet!
I'd say those are party dresses, or perhaps cocktail dresses. They are too short and sexy to be worn in formal or business settings, these are nightclub or yacht party wear. Honeysuckle's is black, in a scoop neck style. Araneae's is blue and looks like it might be a halterneck, assuming the straps just go up and round her neck and back down at the front only, would need a back view to be sure.
Before shooting a scene I always take full height front and rear views, along with clean close ups of head, hair, crotch, bum, feet, and beasts, and then put almost all of those shots in the preview so the customers can see exactly how each model looks and full details of her outfit.
Hi, Jeremy: when writing anything, it usually helps to bear in mind who your audience is and what your purpose is.
So, you want to entice as broad an audience as possible to purchase your video. That means you should go with 'party dress' as more people will understand what that means than will understand 'cocktail dress'. Later on in your description, you can add alternate descriptions for variety. I would mention that Araneae's dress is open on one shoulder and extends only half-way down her delectable thighs.
The other thing to bear in mind with descriptions is SEO--Search Engine Optimization. What terms are your prospective customers likely to insert into Google or even UMD's search function.
