I can't work out if it's professional or an amateur/fiverr scene and nothing's showing up on Google image search so don't really have anything to go on... but does anyone know where this screengrab is from?

It is a very old Mike the Pieman scene- probably close to 20 years old or so. I have no idea who owns the footage but Wamtec might be a place to look. I believe it also appears on one of Hurley Coward's compilation VHS tapes.
